How to Prepare Your Donation
Label each item clearly with the donor’s name, contact information, and the estimated value of the item.
Drop off your donation at least one week before the event so our team has time to organize, display, and properly credit your contribution.
Why Early Drop-Off Matters
Submitting your items early helps us prepare the auction catalog and showcase your donation in the best possible way. It also ensures you receive the proper tax documentation for your contribution.
Where to Drop Off Your Donations? All auction item donations can be dropped off at the school during regular office hours.
